Pad Thai

Is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at most restaurants in Thailand as part of the country's cuisine. It is typically made with rice noodles, chicken, beef or tofu, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts, among other vegetables.

                        Pad Won Sen

Pad Woon Sen is a classic Thai noodle dish that may not be as popular as Pad Thai but is equally delicious. Smooth and silky glass noodles are stir-fried with crunchy vegetables for contrast, then topped with cilantro for freshness and Thai bird chili for a spicy kick.


                     Thai Fried Rice

Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggsvegetablesseafood, or meat. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.

                          Tom Ka Kai 

Tom kha kai (Thai coconut soup) is a Thai soup prepared using coconut milk, chicken, mushrooms, chili peppers, galangal, lemongrass, and other ingredients.

                          Phat kaphrao

Phat kaphrao consists of meat such as pork, chicken, beef, and seafood stir fried with Thai holy basil and garlic. It is served with rice and topped up (optional)

Summer rolls, also known as fresh spring rolls, are one of my favorite things to order at a restaurant. They are made from rice paper wrappers rolled around fresh crunchy vegetables partnered with cold proteins, fresh herbs, and sometimes noodles.
